London police identify London Bridge terror attack bomber
The man who stabbed two people on London Bridge on Friday was identified as Osman Khan, 28, british authorities said.
"This person was known to the authorities and was convicted in 2012 on terrorism charges," Neil Basu, head of the London Police Counter-Terrorism Unit, said in a statement.
"He was released in December 2018, and an investigation is under way to determine how he was able to carry out this attack," he said.
Basu said the two people killed were a man and a woman, adding that three other people were a man and two women who were injured and were still in hospital for treatment.
