Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the UAE and Prime Minister of Dubai, on Saturday announced the worst and best service for uae citizens.



Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum said in a Tweet: "Brothers and sisters. Today, I received a comprehensive assessment report on the level of services in 600 government service centres. We promised to declare the top five and the worst five. The best center is the Identity Authority of Fujairah. The worst center in the uae is Emirates Post in Al-Khan."

He added: "We had to change the managers of the worst positions immediately. And replace them with managers who know how to deal with the public. We directed the director general of the authority or ministry to which the late centers belong to him to start his work for a month from the centers and develop their services, and I will visit them."

He continued: "We have been paid a two-month salary bonus for all teams in the advanced positions."

He pointed out that «the evaluation of services will be annual», adding: «We also have an annual assessment for all ministers, agents and directors of the general. An annual assessment of ministries and bodies. We will present all our reports transparently."
